I love it.
Everything about this year has been wonderful.
We have had great weather (except for the seldom days with frigid temps)!!
Who knew Missouri could have a seemingly good winter? I didn't.
I read on a friend's blog today a quote along the lines of "with change comes chaos."
2011 was the change:
I was really settling in at home again with my parents, fighting with school, trying to start a band (or something resembling one). I was knee deep in emotional waste and spiritual sludge. I constantly felt like I was stuck and sinking at the same time. My emotional struggles overwhemled my mind and even my body at times.
2012 is the chaos:
I love chaos, and I thrive in it. I am a procrastinator only because I succeed in minuscule amounts of time. I am happy in the chaos because I can appreciate the silence more. Believe it or not, I even think clearer when I'm kept on my toes. I have been nothing short of a conquerer this year. I am getting healthier; no more dairy means a very happy esophagus and better sleep. This is the year I will run around like a chicken with my head cut off trying to write music and book shows at the same time. I can feel the chaos.
It is time to enjoy & conquer the chaos.
2012, Bring it on.
