Sleep

sleep is the most frustrating thing for me.
God has some sort of hold on my heart.
and will not allow me to sleep.
thoughts and prayers revolve around and around.
until my eyes finally are forced to give.
laying in bed, silent, still.
it's rather frustrating.

my mind races.
my heart aches.
something isn't right.
He's trying to say something.
but i don't understand.

so i'll keep reading.
i'll keep praying,
until i hear it...
hopefully until then..
i'll get some sort of shut eye
