Brownies in Bolivar

While visiting my lovely dear old university with my dearest friend Kayla we decided to make brownies. Not just box brownies, Amanda's well-researched "Knock you Naked" brownies.

Apparently Amanda likes to read the PioneerWoman blog and she found THIS.

So here's our attempt at making them... and our fancy impromptu double broiler. :)

1. Mix

2. Pat it down in the pan & bake

3. Melt caramel, yummo

4. Pour caramel over baked bottom layer, add choc chips.

5. Pat down top layer

6. Place top layer.

A little rough looking but it should turn out delicious :)
