Returning to College town

I get to spend a whole day, and two nights in my old college town.
This is the first time I've been here and feel welcome since leaving.
The last couple times I have come have been emotionally and spiritually draining. For a Baptist campus, it's hard to see God anywhere...It's hard to live here, even if it's only for a day or two.
So far, my time here has been pretty good...


Last night included a walmart trip for TONS of essentials that I happened to run out of this week.                
             (no makeup + wedding weekend = ugly bridesmaid)
Dinner, chatting, unpacking... all with the remaining Woody 2nd girls.
I spent the night in the dorm, which was super weird still... only because I loathe this dorm.
        Woody is suffocating to live in. My back aches from the mattress I slept on. The only thing it has going for it is the close proximity to the bulk of campus.

Today will consist of a spending more time with a few people, maybe a haircut, and an errand trip to SpringVegas :) I will be getting my spray tan (for the wedding, duh) and working on my crafty gift for the bride and groom...I need to get some homework done, but that will only happen if everyone chooses to go to class.

...We'll see how the rest of my time here wraps up, for now.. it's tolerable...
